Why should you never drive on a flat tire....

Well let me tell you....because it damages the tire and possibly the rim.

During the week my daughter's car was gone....pondscum car thieves!!!.....I let her use mine to drive to/from work. Well one night she comes in and says in that voice when you know something is wrong "Mom, you have a flat tire".....ok, so I think "no big deal, it can be fixed". Wrong! I have no idea how far she had driven on the tire but it was completely done!Thank goodness she didn't completely destroy my rim!! Oh well....live and learn. Luckily my spare tire is a full size tire, not a donut.

it could be worse! I drove my mom's car while it was overheating and ruined the "block"?? I'm told it was expensive...
